A good friend gave me this recipe almost 15 years ago and it is the best. My kids love the breadsticks.
Bake at 400 degrees
12-15 minutes
1 pkg dry yeast (1 T)1 cup lukewarm water DISSOLVE THE YEAST IN THE WATER
Add in:
1 T sugar
1 tsp salt
2 T Oil (I like vegetable oil)
2 1/2 - 3 c Flour
(unbleached white or wheat works great. The wheat gives you lots of farts Justin, so don't go there.)
Gradually add the flour in. I use my Kitchen Aid to a certain point and then hand knead in the last cup and a half. It should feel smooth and I usually only use about 5 cups total.

Pizza Dough:
I double this recipe to make two cookie sheets worth of dough. I put vegetable oil on the bottom of the cookie sheet first then roll out half of the dough to the right size and put it in the pan. Let it rise for 15 minutes or so before baking at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes. When it is mostly done then I add the sauce and toppings and continue to bake for another 10 minutes or so. Watch it because your oven may be different than my old one.
Breadsticks:
Oil the pan like mentioned for the pizza dough. You can also add cornmeal to the bottom.
I press one batch of dough into a glass pan and score the dough into strips. Then pour melted butter all over the top and sprinkle with seasoning salt. Let it rise for 20 minutes until doubled. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
